1. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change, and you may need to cancel your order.

Cancellation Before Shipping

✅ Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
✅ If the order has been processed but not shipped, cancellation may still be possible, but a cancellation fee may apply.

Cancellation After Shipping

❌ Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you can return the item once it is delivered.

How to Cancel an Order?

1️⃣ Email us at support@indirastore.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
2️⃣ If the order has not been processed, we will confirm the cancellation and process the refund within 5-7 business days.
3️⃣ If the order has been shipped, you will need to initiate a return after receiving the item.


2. Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns under specific conditions to ensure fairness to all customers.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Damaged or Defective Products – If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace or refund it at no extra cost.
Unused & Unworn Products – Returns are accepted within 7-14 days of delivery, provided the item is in original condition (unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
Size or Fit Issues – If you ordered the wrong size, you can return the item and place a new order for the correct size.

Items Not Eligible for Return

❌ Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used.
Final sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect).
❌ Accessories, undergarments, and personal hygiene products for health and safety reasons.
❌ Returns requested after 14 days from the delivery date.


3. How to Initiate a Return & Refund

To return an item, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Approval & Return Instructions – If approved, we will provide the return shipping details.
3️⃣ Ship the Item Back – Securely pack and send the item back within 5 days of receiving approval. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4️⃣ Refund Processing – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect order by the customer, return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.


4. Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges in case of:
✔ Incorrect item received.
✔ Damaged or defective item.

For size or color changes, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.

🎟 Store Credit – If you prefer, we can issue a store credit for future purchases.


7. Exceptions & Special Cases

🔸 If an order is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, courier delays), refunds may not be possible.
🔸 If a return is received in used/damaged condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund.
